Clients are repeatedly asking for a way to measure social sentiment (positive/negative), be alerted about trending videos or tagged videos, etc. Other platforms have this as part of their Sprinklr integration as well as directly through the platform and it's continuing to be called out as an area we're lacking & preventing further scale because there's no good way to manage reactions to videos (ex: Wingstop, Carvana, Seaworld, Airbnb, Priceline, United, Expedia, Vrbo, etc)
