Client: P&G Malaysia, but applies to all clients globally
Issue: Client (agency) set an automated scheduled report for their campaigns based on the breakdowns on both ad group and creative level, but when the client received the automated scheduled report, there is no "total" row, which is basically the summary of the entirety of the data.
Note: the client can't simply use sum/average functions in the excel for this as the sum/average of line items do not tally up to the actual "total" of the campaigns.
Replicated: However, when we went to download the automated scheduled report manually from the TTAM, it does contain the "total" row. Please find the attached automated report that the client received.
